We will always try to get to customers who are in an emergency fuel situation quickly. If we are unable to get to you within your desired time you can collect fuel drums from our garage to keep you going until we can reach you.
We are part of the UKIFDA Cold Weather Priority scheme, which tackles the impact that living in a cold house can have on the frail and elderly. As being without heat can severely impact the health of people in these circumstances, we will alway prioritise the over-75s for emergency fuel delivery during the colder months.
